Carola Monje offers fourteen calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a return, exchange or a store credit.

Items have to be unused, in perfect condition, and be returned with its original packaging and label (if applies). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case we will take care of it and work with you to fin the best solution.
